Plan this track for your schoolOverview
This concentration builds leadership through a new cultural setting and shared responsibility. Students work with Ghanaian peers and hosts to turn listening into planning, and planning into a realistic shared accomplishment.
What students do
- Mixed student challenge teams. Form teams with Ghanaian students to plan a manageable activity around a priority chosen by the host school.
- Meet local changemakers. Discuss real decisions and lessons with an educator, youth organiser, entrepreneur or community leader.
- Lead a shared task. Rotate roles in planning, communication and delivery. Reflect on how different perspectives improve the outcome.
- Commit to follow-through. Agree a realistic next step, assign responsibilities and prepare to lead a school presentation or follow-up after returning home.
