Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Kingdom Africa Tours.
These are the general terms for travel with Kingdom Africa Tours. Each trip also carries its own terms and cancellation policy, which you accept when you register.
BOOKING. A registration is a request to travel. Your place is confirmed when we approve it and receive the deposit. Prices are per traveller and in the currency shown on the trip page.
PAYMENT. Each trip has its own payment schedule. Missing a scheduled payment without contacting us may release your place.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa required. Most destinations require a passport valid for six months beyond your return date. We will tell you what is needed and help where we can, but we cannot obtain documents on your behalf.
INSURANCE. Travel insurance covering medical treatment and repatriation is required for every traveller.
CHANGES. Itineraries are a statement of intent, not a contract. Weather, local conditions and safety may require changes; we will always tell you as soon as we know.
CANCELLATION. See the cancellation policy for your specific trip.
