Each traveller registers through that link and gets their own portal: itinerary, payment schedule, documents and updates, all specific to your journey. Your leadership gets a roster, financial position and document status at a glance.
We handle trip design and costing, private registration, accommodation and ground transport, payment collection and reminders, document collection, rooming, the flight manifest and on-the-ground coordination.
